Gordon is king of the road, having won the Cup Series Championship four times, the Daytona 500 three times, and Crown Jewel races sixteen times, two with all time records. In 1995 at the age of 24, he was the youngest driver to win a NASCAR title. He began racing on a BMX bike when he was four years old and within two years had won 35 main events and set 5 track records.
With 93 points-paying victories, Gordon retired from racing and became a full time broadcaster for Fox Sports in 2015. He was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2019 and is credited with making auto racing more prominent. He has a number of business and charitable ventures and his Jeff Gordon XS Racing video game is quite popular.
