Bobby Knight

Bob Knight was the head coach at Indiana University from 1971- 2000. He led Indiana to three National Championships and 11 Big Ten Championships.  He was also the head coach of the 1984 Olympic Men’s Basketball Team that won the gold medal.  At that time, he was one of the only coaches to ever win an Olympic gold medal, NCAA Championship, and the NIT Championship.

When Coach Knight retired in 2008 he led all coaches in NCAA history for having won 902 games. His former player and assistant coach, Coach K bypassed his record a few years later.
