Warren Spahn  (1921 - 2003)

Spahn is the sixth most winning pitcher in history and is regarded as one of the greatest left-handed pitchers of all time, winning a Cy Young award and being inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1973.  He was known for a very high leg kick in his delivery.

Edwin Lee "Eddie" Mathews, also in the Hall of Fame, is regarded as one of the greatest third basemen and also one of the strongest power hitters.  A few factoids about Mathews was he was the only player to play for the Braves in Boston, Milwaukee, and Atlanta.  Also in 1954,  Mathews was chosen for the cover of the first-ever issue of Sports Illustrated magazine.he was the first .
